Alec Baris, Digital Engagement Associate
Alec graduated from the University of Missouri last year with a degree in Communications and Minor in Psychology. A proud alum of Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity, his best memories in Columbia were participating in the bi-annual philanthropy, “AEPi Rock-A-Thon.”
Born and raised in St. Louis, Alec is a huge sports fan, die-hard member of Cardinal Nation and dog lover who loves to feature his best friend and Jewish Light mascot, Gelt the Golden, as often as possible. He also an avid Movie/TV watcher, and can often be found playing video games when he isn’t working.
Alec Joined the Jewish Light Staff in October of 2020 as Digital Engagement Associate, contributing digital content and helping to run the Light’s Social Media accounts.
