Earlier in the fall, the extended Brandt family returned from a week in Isla Mujeres, Mexico where they celebrated Willy Brandt’s 95th birthday as well as he and his wife Sylvia’s 69th anniversary.
The couple took 18 family members on the trip, including both of them (Sylvia and Willy Brandt); daughter, Jodie (Lennie) Neuman; daughter Jill (Bernard) Philippe; and son Guy (Kathy) Brandt, as well as their five grandchildren, their spouses and two (a third, since they returned) great grandchildren.
The family flew from St. Louis, Phoenix and Denver to come together in Cancun to celebrate both occasions. Everyone agreed a great time was had by all.
