Josh and Amanda Hertz St. Louis would like to announce the birth of their daughter, Louise “Lucy” Adelia Hertz, on Sept. 16, 2023 at Barnes-Jewish Hospital, weighing 8 pounds, 11 ounces.
Lucy is the granddaughter of Ed and Vicki Wegner of Columbia, Ill.; and Ethan and Vicki Hertz of Durham, N.C. She is the great-granddaughter of the late Frank and Daisy Kennedy of Cahokia, Ill.; the late Ed and Jesse Wegner of Lombard, Ill.; the late Vincent and Betty Jo Vaccaro of Burnsville, Minn.; and the late Fred and Ingrid Hertz of Durham, N.C.
Lucy has one sibling, Vincent Hertz, who is 2 years old.
Lucy and her family are active members of Central Reform Congregation.
