Lefty’s Bagels & Café in Mirowitz Center, at 8 Millstone Campus Drive in Creve Coeur, has closed. According to an announcement on the Lefty’s Facebook page, the location has been closed temporarily for restructuring.
“We are incredibly grateful for the support, loyalty and memories you’ve shared with us here. This pause allows us to focus on strengthening our operations so we can better serve our guests in the future,” the announcement said. It did not indicate a specific timeframe for reopening the location.
The 100-seat Creve Coeur Lefty’s opened on June 16, 2025. The interior space, at 4,400 square feet, used the same space where HJ’s Café served kosher meals until its closing during the COVID-19 pandemic. Lefty’s Bagels was created by Doug Goldenberg and Scott Lefton, brothers-in-law whose mission was to develop “bagel perfection.”
Lefty’s Chesterfield location in Woodchase Plaza at 13359 Olive Blvd. remains open.
