FROHMAN-LUBETSKY

Jessica Fay Frohman, daughter of Anne M. and Ellis M. Frohman of Chesterfield and Jonathan Scott Lubetsky, son of Phyllis and Kenneth Lubetsky of Monroe, N.Y., have announced their engagement.

She is the granddaughter of the late Sara I. Frohman, the late Jacob Frohman, the late Marry Banner and the late Julius Banner.

He is the grandson of Sylvia Lubetsky, Albert Lubetsky, Harriet Shapiro and the late Max Shapiro.

The bride graduated from Parkway South High School and The George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. were she earned her undergraduate degree in environmental studies. She received her masters in the study of environmental law from the Vermont Law School.

She is currently a senior campaign manager at Alley Cat Allies.

The groom graduated from Washingtonville High School and received his undergraduate degree in environmental engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston.

He earned his masters in global environmental policy from American University in Washington, D.C. He is currently climate change communications advisor for the Environmental Protection Agency.

A March 2009 wedding is planned.

GOLDSTEIN-BASS

Sharon Goldstein, daughter of Ken and Helen Goldstein of St. Louis, and Davis Bass, son of Dr. Steven and Nancy Bass of Cleveland, OH, have announced their engagement. She is the granddaughter of the late Clarice and the late Harold Rothman, and the late Goldie and the late Arthur Goldstein. He is the grandson of the late Lillian and the late Ned Freilich and the late Mina and the late Julius Bass. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Ladue High School and Tulane University and St. Louis University where she earned a masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. She is currently a Speech-Language Pathologist. Her fiance is a graduate of Shaker Heights High School and Washington University in St. Louis, where he earned a business degree in Marketing/Finance. He is currently a buyer for Target Corporation. A Summer, 2009 wedding is planned.

SALTMAN-OSOFSKY

Janie Saltman, daughter of Dr. Robert and Linda Saltman of St. Louis, and Max Osofksy, son of Dr. Robert and Susanne Osofsky of Longmeadow, Mass. have announced their engagement. She is the granddaughter of Shirley and Maury Eichler of St. Louis, Adelaide Saltman of S. Hadley, Mass. and the late Zal Saltman. He is the grandson of Sarah and the late Max Osofsky of Syracuse, NY, Jenny Dante of Oslo, Norway and the late Sam Dante. The bride-to-be is a graduate of Parkway Central and the University of Pennsylvania where she earned a BA degree in Biology. She is currently a 4th year dental student at Tufts University Dental School. Her fiance is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and Harvard Business School. He is currently a vice president at Summit Partners, a private equity firm in Boston, Mass. A June, 2009 wedding is planned.
