Samson Becker becomes a bar mitzvah

Samson%C2%A0Becker+becomes+a+bar+mitzvah

Samson Becker, son of Hadas and Tony Becker, became a bar mitzvah on Oct. 14, 2023 at Central Reform Congregation.

Samson is the grandson of Carroll Metzger of Festus, Mo., and Don and Sandy Becker of Crystal City, Mo. He is the great-grandson of the late Serena Grinpas and the late Jerome Metzger; and the great-great-grandson of the late Hy and Bella Vile of Kansas City, Mo. 

Samson has two siblings, Leo T. Becker, who is 4½, and Isaac Becker, who is 13.

A seventh-grade student at Hixson Middle School in Webster Groves, Samson enjoys computer games, drawing, making videos, cross-country running, hanging out with friends and playing with the family’s dogs, Georgie and Ahsoka. Samson is enjoying learning all the ways he can contribute to tikkun olam in the seventh-grade mitzvah class at CRC.
