Steen, James Alan, DDS, died October 7, 2015. Son of the late Helen and the late Charlie Steen; survived by his daughter Erica Steen and his son Brian Steen; sister Marian Steen-Knox and her husband Rick Knox; his former wife Kathy Steen and special friend Shelly Emmerick; nieces Dr. Jocelin Saks, April Saks, Emily Saks Balestra, Jessica Knox Crandell and 7 great nieces and nephews. The family would like to extend a special thanks to Dr. Raj Swauninathan and the wonderful nursing staff at Anderson Hospital in Maryville, IL.
