Matilda’s Chocolate Cake (Gluten-free)

Ingredients:

3 cups sugar

1-1/3 cup oil

6 eggs

1 cup cocoa

1-1/3 cup potato starch

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

2. Cream sugar and oil.

3. Blend in remaining ingredients in order given.

4. Mix for 2 minutes.

5. Pour batter into greased 11 x 14 inch pan or two 8 x 8 pans.

6. Bake on middle rack for 45 minutes in 350 degree oven.

Note: This cake is gluten free.
