Pathways Hospice & Palliative Care is accredited by the National Institute for Jewish Hospice and is part of the Delmar Gardens family, dedicated to providing quality care to the members of our Jewish community. Rabbi Dale Schreiber is board certified by the National Association of Jewish Chaplains, the Association of Professional Chaplains, and the National Institute of Jewish Hospice and provides Jewish care at the end of life with respectful attention to levels of observance, religious and spiritual needs, and expressed wishes of patients and families as they move through the hospice experience.
