Gravesite ceremony in memory of First Lieutenant Frank I. Yawitz

What: Ceremony to honor and remember First Lieutenant Frank I. Yawitz, a WWII veteran killed in a B-26 bomber crash.

When: Tuesday, September 24 at 11:00 a.m.

Where: Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 7550 Olive Blvd, University City, MO.

Details: The Olde Towne Fenton Chapter NSDAR will host a gravesite ceremony officiated by Rabbi Menachem Tendler to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the crash that claimed the lives of 1st Lt. Yawitz and three other American airmen in Essex, England.

The public is invited to attend.
