Jeffrey Sparks and Carly Cooper have announced their engagement. Jeff is the son of Larry and Sara Sparks. Carly is the daughter of Gary and Shelley Byers. Both grew up in Chesterfield and attended Parkway Central High School. Jeff attended Miami University (in Ohio) where he earned his BA and Masters in accounting. He is currently a partner at RubinBrown. Carly attended Washington University where she earned her BA and Masters in social work. She is a psychotherapist specializing in trauma, anxiety, depression and family dynamics at Kinetic Counseling.
