Carly Rosenthal and Billy Cook would like to announce their engagement.
Carly is the daughter of Judy and Kenny Rosenthal of St. Louis, and granddaughter of Sally and the late Richard Rosenthal, and the late Bobby and David Karsh, all of St. Louis.
Billy is the son of Carole and Bill Cook of Westfield, N.J. and the grandson of the late Maureen and Don Davidson of New Jersey and the late Muriel and Donald Cook of New York.
Carly is a graduate of Indiana University and is currently employed by Oracle.
Billy is a graduate of Purdue University and is currently employed by Inoapps, an Oracle partner.

Billy surprised Carly on a weekend visit to Long Beach Island, N.J. Both immediate families were there for the surprise engagement.
A 2027 wedding is planned.
