In connection with the New Jewish Theatre’s production of “The Heidi Chronicles,” Nishmah (aka the J’s hub for all things wise and womanly) is hosting a pre-show dinner and panel on Thursday, June 12. The topic: an intergenerational dive into the wild ride of meshing careers and motherhood over the decades.
So why am I telling you this? Because—somehow—they invited me to be on the panel. Yep, I’ll be sharing the stage with a fabulous lineup of local women from different generations and backgrounds as we swap stories about juggling babies and bosses (sometimes at the same time). Based on my own experience, expect plenty of laughs, relatable chaos and at least a few “Did I really just say that?” moments.
Dinner and discussion kick off at 5:15 p.m., with the show at 7. Tickets for all of it—dinner, panel and performance—are $60. Grab yours now at www.showpass.com/peacelovepanel.
Hope to see you there (and please laugh with me, not just at me).
