Trump commentary

Double and triple kudos to the Light for the printing of  Jason Dov Greenblatt’s eloquent “tribute,” if you will, to Donald Trump (May 18 commentary, “Donald Trump is a visionary with talents our country needs”). While numerous and overly extended criticisms prevail among lay people and public officials criticizing both top candidates, it is extremely pleasant to, at long last, get a complimentary opinion by a most distinguished individual like Greenblatt. 

So what if Trump had business failures? So what if he is intelligently outspoken about issues that have never been mentioned in the past by either conservative Republicans or  liberal Democrats? So what if political candidates or public officials — just like many of us — have skeletons in their closets?

The bottom line with Trump is defined in just two words: Uncomparable sechel. 

Greenblatt, in short, has the right idea and exemplifies a true image of Donald Trump.
