William “Bill” Yakovitz, December 26, 2023

Beloved husband of Debra Lee (Melman) Yakovitz for 49 ½ years.  Dear father of Elizabeth (Ryan) Clouthier and Joshua (Deanna) Yakovitz.  Loving grandfather of Tyler and Ashley Clouthier and Callum Yakovitz.  Dear brother-in-law of Geri (Mike) Tyrey and Mort (Lora) Melman.  Beloved son of the late Milton and Rosalie Yakovitz.  Dear uncle, cousin and friend.

Bill was always quick with a joke, loved old movies and TV shows especially the Three Stooges, The Marx Brothers, Casablanca, Airplane! and all the westerns. He cheered for the St. Louis Cardinals and was a huge fan of Stan the Man. Bill loved Debra’s cakes and an occasional White Castle (but that’s not important right now). He was a huge dog lover and had dogs his entire life, mostly rescue. Bill will be greatly missed. Here’s looking at you kid.
