Marylin Altman Rosen, passed away on September 14, 2025.  Marylin was born in Brooklyn, NY to Jacob and Jeanette Rubinstein.

Marylin was the beloved mother of Cyndi Altman, Craig Altman (Jody) and the late Terri Kassoff.  She loved her grandchildren Andy Kassoff, Brooke Krengel (Barak), Lexie Doss (Jonathan), Rebecca Yoffie (Alex), and Elizabeth Altman (fiancé Joel Heiman). She took so much pride in her great-grandchildren Shayna, Hannah & Abigail Krengel and Wesley Doss.  She was a dear aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend to so many.

Born on August 10th, 1933, Marylin moved to Kansas City at 11 years old.  She attended Paseo High School and graduated from the University of Missouri.  She met her husband Mickey Altman during her college days, and they married soon after graduation.  Mickey passed away suddenly at the age of 36; and Marylin remarried Harvey Rosen.  They were together until his passing in 1989.  She spent her later years with her companion Jack Bluestein.

Marylin was a fun-loving person and always maintained a positive attitude.  Her passions included reading and traveling the world; her favorite places were in the Orient.
