Kay Jean (Fox) Holtzman, April 13, 1931 – January 28, 2025

Kay Jean (Fox) Holtzman passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025, at the age of 93. Born in St. Louis on April 13, 1931, Kay grew up in University City and attended high school there. 

She was married to Kenneth Holtzman for nearly 70 years, until his passing six years ago. Kay and Ken worked together for almost 40 years at their clothing stores in Belleville, Illinois. Kay was a longtime member of Congregation Shaare Emeth before she and Kenneth relocated to Southern California and joined Reform Temple of Laguna Woods. 

Kay had a deep appreciation for shopping and personal care, always taking pride in her appearance. She was always well-dressed and perfectly groomed. 

A mother and grandmother, Kay is survived by daughters, Debbi (David Grebler-deceased), Nikki (Jess Meyers) and grandchildren – Jessica and Marcia Meyers and Sarina, Joshua, and Joel Grebler.
