Kathy Lebedun, beloved wife of Mark Lebedun for 38 years, mother and mother-in-law of Laura (Robby) Kerch; dear sister and sister-in-law of Deedee (Bob) Fair; sister-in-law of Bruce (B J Carson) Lebedun; and Robyn (John) DeMott. Aunt to David and Richard (Jill)
Fair; great-aunt to Carson, Regan and Sawyer Fair, Melissa and Jessica Fair; great-great aunt to Chase Olejnik. Cousin to Shelley (Marc) Frank, Jackie (Manny) Jones.
Kathy, 65, fought with leukemia for 25 years but finally ran out of miracles. In her career as a medical social worker she helped families deal with their medical problems even while she dealt with her own. She volunteered for the Red Cross, Leukemia Society and was recognized online for her extensive knowledge of CLL.
She lived to see her daughter flourish in high school, graduate, college, a career, and marry a good man. Kathy nurtured her relationships with many close friends who considered her to be each of their BEST friends. She has been a remarkable human being.
Her love and compassion for others were so big, for such a small woman.
Contributions in her memory may be made to Leukemia Society, P O Box 98018, Washington DC 20090-8018; Cancer Support Community, 1058 Des Peres Road, St. Louis MO 63131 or United Hebrew Congregation, 13788 Conway Road, St. Louis MO 63141. BERGER MEMORIAL SERVICE
