Beloved son of James (Dotty) and the late Patricia Ellis. Dear brother of Steven (Jeanie) Ellis, Robert (Julie) Ellis, and the late Barry Ellis. Dear uncle, great uncle, cousin and friend.
Jeffrey was a conscientious worker and enjoyed the opportunity to travel as part of his job. He was a fan of horse racing and when time allowed liked going to the racetrack.
