Irwin B. Rosen, September 10, 1937 – September 17, 2025
Irwin B. Rosen was born and raised in St. Louis, Missouri, the beloved son of William (z”l) and Ann (Feder, z”l) Rosen. He graduated from Soldan High School and then earned a doctorate in Pharmacy from St. Louis College of Pharmacy. Irwin was a member of AZO, a pharmaceutical fraternity, where he met lifelong friends. The pharmacy field was his passion and he worked as a Pharmacist until he was 80 years old.
The best thing Irwin ever did was marry Rosalind Orlovick (z”l) on October 30, 1960. They were married for 62 years and were the best of friends. They had three loving children, Greg (Caryn) Rosen, Sheryl Levine, and Shea (Susan) Rosen, five amazing grandchildren, Nina Levine (z”l), Noah (Bethany) Rosen, Caleb Rosen, Jonah Rosen, and Luna Rosen, and one precious great granddaughter, Isabella Rosen.
As a lifelong learner of Torah, he enjoyed being a member of Nusach H’ari B’nai Zion Congregation, where he and his family have been members for 5 generations.

Irwin’s family would like to recognize the incredible staff at Garden View Care Center in Chesterfield for their kind, compassionate care. Irwin was everyone’s favorite resident!
He is dearly missed and may his memory forever be a blessing to all who know and love him.
A graveside service will be held Friday, September 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Rd, St. Louis, MO 63017.
