Carol (Leman) Kopitsky, 81, passed away Thursday, June 19, 2025, in St. Louis, Missouri. She was born October 30, 1943, in Rock Island, Illinois, the daughter of Harry and Charlotte (Lubo) Leman.

Carol was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Harold Kopitsky, whom she married March 15, 1964; her son Scott Kopitsky; and her sister Helene Keim.

Carol is survived by her son Alan and daughter-in-law Jane Kopitsky; grandchildren Morgan (James) Hackney and Maxwell Kopitsky; sister-in-law Rita Thiel; nephew Ian Hack; everyone in the Huffman family; numerous cousins; other relatives; and many, many, many friends.

She enjoyed traveling, going out with her friends, and spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Graveside service Sunday, June 22, 2025, 10:00am at Chesed Shel Emeth Cemetery, 650 White Road, Chesterfield, MO 63017.
