Betty enjoyed playing Mah Jong, entertaining and traveling with family, and being an avid reader. Betty briefly volunteered at the Children’s Hospital and the Jewish Hospital flower shop, but her primary focus was on her busy professional career while concurrently being a great homemaker, wife, and mother; family was most important to Betty. Betty and her loving husband, David, were philanthropic members of the community. Betty’s philosophy on life was the Golden Rule: Treat others as you would want to be treated yourself; and her positive attitude prevailed until the very end.
