Arnold G. Kramer, died June 7, 2013 at age 82 in Elkins, WV. Son of the late Bell Goldberg Kramer and Jacob Kramer of Yonkers, N.Y.; beloved husband of the late Ann Cohn Kramer; loving father of Judith G. Kramer of Elkins and the late Eric Kramer; dearest brother and brother-in-law of Jessica and Michael Friedlander of St. Louis; dear uncle of David and Sheryl Friedlander of Kensington, MD and their children Noah and Rafael and of Rachel and Neil Tickner of Silver Spring, MD and their son, Jonathan; our cousin and good friend. He was born in Mount Vernon, N.Y. and graduated from MIT with a BS in 1952. He was awarded a National Science Foundation Fellowship for graduate work and received an MS from MIT in 1954. He worked at the Research Laboratories of Hughes Aircraft Company in Culver City, CA and at the Mitre Corporation in Bedford, MA. He and his late wife, Ann, made their home in Lexington, MA for 47 years. During the course of his last illness, his most devoted daughter, Judy, lovingly cared for him, as, later, did the staff of Colonial Place, Elkins, WV.
