
The St. Louis County, Missouri Police Department presented Rabbi Mark Shook with their Community Service Award.
He was honored for his work with the Ranken Jordan Pediatric Bridge Hospital and for serving as the police department chaplain supervisor with over 50 years of service.
Shook is the rabbi emeritus at Congregation Temple Israel, and a division chaplain for the FBI for the Creve Coeur Police Department.
He also serves as a peer on the Critical Incident Stress Management Team of Greater St. Louis.
