Meagan Gerchen, clinical social worker/therapist with West County Behavioral Health, has started Only Making Gains (OMG) Group for children ages 9 to 12.
In the weekly interactive sessions, kids will learn to explore their emotions, problem solve, think critically and practice coping skills through a combination of cognitive and dialectical behavior skills.
Gerchen is a member of Congregation Shaare Emeth.
