Israeli married couple killed in West Bank drive-by shooting

(JTA) — A married Israeli couple was shot dead in the West Bank in a suspected Palestinian terror attack.

At least two shooters were involved in the drive-by shooting on the couple’s car near the Itamar settlement, according to reports. The couple’s four children also were in the car but were uninjured.

The Israel Defense Forces confirmed the two deaths, according to Ynet. Earlier reports had described the victims as alive but in critical and serious condition.

The identities of the victims have not yet been made public.

The IDF is investigating and looking for suspects.
