Apple to open third R&D center in Israel

JERUSALEM (JTA) — Apple has rented office space in Ra’anana, a Tel Aviv suburb, to open a third research and development center in Israel, an Israeli business daily reported.

Apple signed a six-year lease on the offices for the center, which will employ 200 people, Globes reported.

Apple also has offices in Haifa at the Matam High Tech Park, and in Herzliya Pituah.
