Aroesty Allied LLC, founded by Karen Aroesty, assists with change management programs for elected leaders, community institutions and corporations seeking to build or improve efforts in how staff and partners work together to achieve goals and build community.
The services offered include leadership coaching and board development and moderated conversations with executive teams and organizations to address high performing leadership, continuous improvement and conflict resolution.
A member of Kol Rinah, Aroesty most recently was the director of administration of the department of administration for St. Louis County Government.
