A faculty member of the Mallinckrodt Institute of Radiology (MIR) at Washington University School of Medicine, Kooresh Shoghi, Ph.D. was selected to join the Academy for Radiology & Biomedical Imaging Research’s Council of Distinguished Investigators.
This honor recognizes individuals from academic and industry institutions for their outstanding contributions to medical imaging.
Shoghi is a professor of radiology and a principal investigator in the Precision Radiotheranostics Translation Center. He also serves as co-director of the Preclinical Imaging Facility, which performs qualitative and quantitative PET and computed tomography (CT) in a broad range of research areas. Shoghi attends B’nai Amoona.
