Pauker is a folk/world artist from San Rafael, Calif. His sound blends elements of folk, reggae and hip-hop, incorporating English and Hebrew roots into his devotional songwriting. Pauker’s music draws from influences such as early Bob Marley, Van Morrison and The Police, and listeners often compare his style to Michael Franti, Trevor Hall, Mike Love and Stick Figure.

For 25 years, Jonas has been a performer, singer-songwriter, composer, multi-instrumentalist and educator. Jonas combines vocals, guitar and “industrial re-percussion” (instruments made from found objects). He refined his craft in Chicago during monthly “Bangalong with Billy” shows at the No Exit Cafe, and subsequently in the 1990s as a co-founder of the funky folk duo The Billys. He currently tours with the Billy Jonas Band, which performed at the White House in 2010.
