Congregation Shaare Emeth is seeking volunteers for its congregational choir. Led by Cantor Seth Warner of Congregation Shaare Emeth, the choir will be directed by Parkway North’s Brian Reeves.

“We promise to deliver a musical service that’s exciting and different from what people normally hear around the High Holy Days,” said Cantor Warner. “Furthermore, singing the prayers makes the High Holy Days more intimate and meaningful for many, and singing with friends and family brings relationships closer.”

The choir is open to all members of the community. Grandparents, parents, children and siblings are encouraged to participate and sing together. Previous musical experience is appreciated but not required to participate fully. All ages are welcome, though age 13 and over is recommended.

Rehearsals begin 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 7, at Congregation Shaare Emeth, 11645 Ladue Road and continue Wednesdays through the High Holy Days. To sign up or for more information, contact Cantor Warner at 314-569-0010 or [email protected].
