Shaare Emeth to host ‘Yin (Old) and Yang (New) Sale’

Congregation Shaare Emeth invites members of the community to be a part of their first “Yin (Old) and Yang (New) Sale” from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 20. The sale will include artifacts and memorabilia from the congregation’s building, gently used donations and new items sold by a variety of vendors.
Members of the community are encouraged to bring in their gently used items for a tax deduction and/or set up a booth, which includes an 8-foot table and two chairs, for a set fee and sell new items. The congregation will be accepting the following gently used items:
•Children’s clothing (Newborn-5T)
•Toys and baby equipment
•Household items (lamps, frames, etc.)
• Furniture
• Art, jewelry, accessories
• Purses, handbags
• Kitchenware
• Books
• Musical instruments
• Sports equipment
• Collectibles
• Linens/towels
Those who wish to participate by donating these items may drop them off at Shaare Emeth, 11645 Ladue Road. Donations may be dropped off Nov. 6 and 13. There will also be an early bird viewing on the morning of the sale between 8 and 9 a.m. at a $10 charge. This will be a cash-only sale.
