613 Catering at the Jewish Community Center (JCC) is once again offering a special Rosh Hashanah menu designed to make this year’s holiday celebrations delicious and effortless. Led by Chef Brad and Scotty Becker, the catering team has crafted a lineup of kosher-certified dishes that are sure to enhance your family’s festive meal. All items are prepared under the supervision of the Vaad Hoeir of St. Louis.
This year’s menu includes traditional favorites, starting with a large round braided challah—a symbol of the annual cycle—and a beef brisket served in rich brown gravy. Those seeking variety can enjoy boneless skinless chicken breasts available with either apricot glaze or Israeli herb seasoning.
The menu also features comforting side dishes like Dijon herb roasted new potatoes and a colorful grilled vegetable medley. For dessert, the honey cake loaf provides a sweet ending to your holiday feast.
Orders must be placed by midnight on Sept. 26, 2024, with pickup available on Oct. 2 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the JCC’s Millstone Campus.
