Organizations partner to present Alzheimer’s research discussion

Dr. John C. Morris, Harvey A. and Dorismae Hacker Friedman Distinguished Professor of Neurology and Director of the Knight Alzheimer’s Disease Research Center at Washington University School of Medicine, will present an overview of current trends and recent momentum in Alzheimer’s disease research and clinical prevention trials at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 2 at the Staenberg Family Complex Arts & Education Building, 2 Millstone Campus Drive. Light refreshments will be served. The program is co-sponsored by the Adult Day Center at the J, Alzheimer’s Association, Covenant House & CHAI Apartments, Elderlink St. Louis and St. Louis NORC. Experts from co-sponsoring agencies will be available to answer additional questions and share resources that evening. The program is free and open to the community but RSVPs are requested.
