JProStl announces 2011 honorees

JProStl, the association dedicated to supporting professionals working at Jewish organizations in St. Louis, has announced the 2011 honorees from across the St. Louis Jewish community. They include Career Achievement: Peter Walker (Jewish Family & Children’s Services); Chesed: Rabbi Yaakov Gertzulin (Cedars at the JCA); Dedication: Lisa Jordan (JF&CS) and Denise Walsh (Hillel); Emerging Leader: Andrew Goldfeder (Holocaust Museum); Educator: Carol Rubin (Saul Mirowitz Day School-Reform Jewish Academy); Mentor: Nancy Weigley (Nation Council of Jewish Women- St. Louis Section); Pillar: Marcia Evers Levy (Jewish Community Center); and Visionary: Donna Zeffren (Chinuch.org).

The honorees will be recognized at the 7th Annual JProStl Luncheon on Thursday, Jan. 26 at the Staenberg Family JCC from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. All staff will be recognized by years of service.

Online registration is available at www.jewishinstlouis.org/jpro. The luncheon is free for staff who work at Jewish nonprofit organizations and $25 per person for guests.
