B’nai Amoona will kick off the congregation’s Israel raffle with a Shabbat for the whole family at 9 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 14 at 324 South Mason Road in Creve Coeur. The Israel Shabbat will include guest speaker Ezra Ravins, JNF-KKL Israel Emmissary to the Southeast, as well as a liturgy infused with Israeli melodies, Israeli-themed family service and storytelling, a teen discussion (grades 8-12), a special kiddush and Israeli dancing. 

The Israel raffle (running through April 19) offers $100 tickets for the chance to win a $7,200 credit toward a trip to Israel. Only 500 tickets will be sold. The winner may use the credit for airline tickets, hotels, tours and ground transportation through the congregation’s travel agency partner, Keshet.
