The Muny Opera will present “Fiddler on the Roof” for a one-week run. beginning July 19. “Fiddler” last entertained Muny audiences during the 2016 season.
In a break from rehearsals recently, the St. Louis Jewish Light visited with Rob Ruggiero, director, and Jill Abramovitz, who plays Golde. In part one of the interview with Ellen Futterman, Jewish Light editor-in-chief, Ruggiero and Abramovitz talked about how they’ll bring the town of Anatevka to life on the large outdoor Muny stage.
