Book Festival welcomes ‘Boy in the Striped Pajamas’ author

John Boyne, author of the highly acclaimed novel “The Absolutist” and the international bestseller “The Boy in the Striped Pajamas,” returns to St. Louis to present his latest release, “The House of Special Purpose” at 7:30 p.m. Thursday, April 25 at The Ethical Society of St. Louis, 9001 Clayton Road.
In his new novel, Boyne applies the same meticulous research and captivating storytelling of his previous books to the Russian Revolution and the fate of the Romanov family, creating a thrilling novel that is part love story, part tragedy and part historical epic.
The presentation is open to the public and will take place. A book signing will follow the presentation and copies of “The House of Special Purpose,” will be available for sale at the event.
