Daniel Movitz and the other entrepreneurs behind the kosher food truck project developed the idea out of the Jewish Federation of St. Louis JFACE program, which supports Jewish innovators and Jewish innovations. Customers at the event on Sunday, Jan. 24, 2016 at the Hillel at Washington University in St. Louis were asked to complete surveys about their meals.
