Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon joined helped cut the ribbon on the newly refurbished Morris and Ann Lazaroff Chabad Center. A $1.5 million overhaul of the building, which included the acquisition of the lot next door, added no square footage to the structure itself but replaced virtually everything inside. A new, higher roof was also incorporated into the design as well as a new façade on the front.
