The Millstone Institute provides training programs and resources to support the work of Jewish community organizations, cultivate new leaders and strengthen the sense of connection among the staff and volunteers who lead our diverse not-for-profit agencies, organizations, schools and congregations. Initiatives include the Millstone Fellows, Jewish Federation Alumni Network, JProStl, ACCESS Leadership, Presidents’ Circle, board & staff training, and consultations & coaching.
