Adler-Miserendino Engagement

Rebecca Abigail Adler, daughter of Molly and Stuart Adler of Creve Coeur and Scott Brian Miserendino, son of Carol and Scott Miserendino of Stafford, Va. have announced their engagement.
She is the granddaughter of the late Judith and the late Irving Tannenbaum of Northridge, Calif. and Hanna and Howard Adler of Statesville, N.C. He is the grandson of the late Alice and the late Stanley Wysocki of New Haven, Conn. and the late Marilyn and David Miserendino of New Haven, Conn. and North Kingstown, R.I..
The bride-to-be is a graduate of Parkway North High School and California Institute of Technology, Pasadena, Calif., where she earned a bachelor of science degree in biology and a bachelor of science degree in the history and philosophy of science. She is currently a doctoral candidate, studying environmental health sciences and engineering at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, Md.
Her fiancé is a graduate of Lake Braddock Secondary School in Burke, Va., and Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in electrical engineering and mathematical sciences, and California Institute of Technology, in Pasadena, where he earned a master of science degree in electrical engineering and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering. He is currently an electrical engineer for Northrup Grumman.
An August 2010 wedding is planned.
