United Provisions launches its first Passover pop-up

United Provisions (6241 Delmar Blvd, St. Louis, MO 63130) is launching a new Passover pop-up shopping experience inside of its grocery store in the Delmar Loop. Starting Monday, a supply of specialty kosher items will be available at the market ahead of the Jewish holiday on April 15.
United Provisions has taken great care in selecting products that meet the strict guidelines of Jewish dietary law for the eight-day religious festival. The Passover pop-up will be available for shopping through Passover on April 23 or until supplies last.
With nearly 20 synagogues in a 20-mile span from the grocery store, the team at United Provisions wanted to find a new way to connect with its surrounding communities. “We treasure the opportunity to celebrate and learn about culture through food each day,” says Shayn Prapaisilp, COO of Global Foods Group and Co-Owner of United Provisions. “Since we opened our doors in 2015, we have aimed to provide an inclusive shopping experience for all people so they can find home, history and culture through food, whether that be with international goods or locally made products from St. Louis. With our Passover pop-up shopping experience, we hope to welcome new faces to the store and to ultimately build upon the kosher selections and availability for our guests.”
Customers can shop the United Provisions Passover pop-up now near the front of the store. United Provisions has worked with its sister store, Global Foods Market, to curate the most sought after foods, cooking essentials and desserts from Israel. Guests can shop olive oils, spices, varieties of Matzo, chutneys, canned goods, desserts, and even Seder candles.
“With so many of our neighbors celebrating, it felt right to expand our Passover offerings from Global Foods to United Provisions. Our family has spent decades learning about many cultures and religious holidays, and it was fun to bring those efforts full circle with my family as we built out a Passover pop-up together at United Provisions.”
Guests can shop the Passover pop-up at United Provisions knowing that the goods have been purchased directly from Israel and meet the guidelines of Jewish dietary law for Passover. Further, just as Global Foods, United Provisions has lined its shelves of the Passover Pop-Up to ensure that no contaminates reach the products per dietary law.
The Passover pop-up will close at the end of Passover on Saturday, April 23. For more information on United Provisions, visit the website here and follow along on Instagram and Facebook for updates.
