3/4 cup fresh orange juice
2 1/2 tablespoons honey
1 pound fresh Black Mission figs, rinsed, patted dry, and quartered
Preheat oven to 375°F. Boil orange juice and honey in small saucepan over medium-high heat until reduced to about 1/3 cup, about 10 minutes. Set aside.
Arrange figs in an 8x8x2-inch glass, baking dish. Pour orange-honey mixture over figs and bake about 20 minutes, or until tender. The liquid should be slightly syrupy.
Serve figs and their juices over a scoop of plain yogurt or vanilla ice-cream.
