3rd Place: Best Brownies Ever

This recipe won 3rd place in the Jewish Light’s Passover desserts recipe contest.
Ingredients
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 sticks butter
4 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
2/3 cup cake meal
2 tbsp. strong, prepared coffee (can use espresso)
2 cups sugar
powdered sugar
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Over low heat, melt chocolate and butter.
In large bowl, mix (by hand) eggs, vanilla, cake meal, coffee, and sugar.
Pour melted chocolate and butter mixture into large bowl of ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 9″ x 13″ pan prepared with nonstick spray (PAM).
Bake for 30 minutes.
Cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar. Cut into squares and enjoy!
