Temple Israel plans virtual ‘Dishing with Diane’
What could be better than the most basic Jewish recipes? Nothing, so learn how to make matzo ball soup, brisket, tzimmes, kugel, and kamish bread. Join at 7:30 p.m. on Zoom for a virtual cooking and learning session with Congregation Temple Israel member Diane Packman, a baking guru and owner of L/A Baking and Catering, a business that specializes in gluten-free and allergen-friendly Jewish treats. Try out the recipes prior so you can nosh on your classic Jewish goodies and ask questions during the program. The event is free and open to the St. Louis community.
