Jewish Mindfulness Center program: “Embracing Uncertainty and Finding Joy”

Join the Jewish Mindfulness Center of St. Louis  from 10-11 a.m. at the Labyrinth and Outdoor Sukkah at Congregation Shaare Emeth for  “Embracing Uncertainty and Finding Joy.” Sukkot is a holiday of many themes: joy, harvest, sustenance, impermanence – all symbolized in the simple structure of a sukkah. Join with Rabbi Goldstein during the third morning of Sukkot to explore these themes and more through the embodied practices of prayer, meditation and walking the labyrinth. All are welcome.
