Jewish Mindfulness Center class

Each of us is meeting this time of emergence from the pandemic in different ways. For thousands of years, the Jewish people have faced times of uncertainty by turning to the Book of Psalms to encounter words of solace and strength. This Jewish Mindfulness Center class will provide a brief overview of the Book of Psalms and introduce participants to psalms that can be used in the cultivation of both strength and resiliency.

The same free class is being offered in two different formats.

Registration is required for either the Zoom class on June 21 at 9:30 a.m. or the in-person class on June 29 at 7 p.m., at the center. Limit of 10 people for the in-person class. Please contact Stacy Jespersen if you are interested in either class.
