Rebecca Anne Gans, daughter of Richard and Lisa Gans of Chesterfield, and Michael Solomonov, son of Ella and the late Yuri Solomonov of Chesterfield, were married April 16, 2011 at Congregation Shaare Emeth, where Rabbi Andrea Goldstein officiated. A wedding reception followed the ceremony at the Coronado Ballroom.

She is the granddaughter of Gil and Barb Gans of Tampa, Fla., Dr. Carl and Sue Smith of St. Louis, the late Burton and the late Gilda Librach of St. Louis and the late Oscar Winchell of St. Louis.

He is the grandson of Mark and Diana Pakhmonov and Victor and Rita Solomonov, all of Haifa, Israel.

The bride chose Cheryl Neiman as her maid of honor. Bridesmaids were the groom’s sister, Lina Solomonov, and Kim Ganz, Lori Eslinger, Kara Sussman, Debi Tozer and Ellen Daniels, all friends of the bride.

The groom chose his friend, Erik Eslinger, as his best man. Groomsmen were Jeff Gans, brother of the bride, and Joe Suhre, Jason Coon, Don Suh, Matt Keifer and Gaby Vaenberg, all friends of the groom. Ushers were Ben Winchell and Tyler Gans, both cousins of the bride.

Following a wedding trip to Belize, the couple resides in University City.
