Sari Brighton Cohen, daughter of Ellie and Scott Cohen of St. Louis, became a Bat Mitzvah on November 26, 2011 at Congregation Shaare Emeth. A celebration party followed. Sari is a seventh grader at Rockwood Valley Middle School. She’s played competitive soccer as goalie for several years. Her mitzvah project involved helping children with special needs play soccer. She has an older brother, Jack, age 16. Proud grandparents are Vicki and Norman Cohen of St. Louis. Proud great-grandmother is Ruth Sacks of St. Louis.
